how to deal with deja vu

STEPS
Buy a blank notebook, and call it your "Deja Vu Notebook."
Write down every time you get the feeling of deja vu, how long it lasted, and the date.
Assess your deja vu. Does it really bother you? Is it more like a weird and interesting sensation? Maybe you can learn to embrace your deja vu. If this is not possible because you have extremely frequent deja vu or it is extremely annoying, you may want to visit your psychologist. You could even bring your notebook.

Tips
Embrace it! Deja vu isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Warnings
As mentioned before, see a physiologist if your deja vu is painful or annoying.
